What if I don’t see MY size?

Oh my goodness, our apologizes — Some pieces move from our inventory quickly! If you love a piece but don’t see your size, please sign up to the sold out list! We will email you as soon as we have that piece back in stock!

Do you carry plus sizes?

Why yes we do, we are a size-inclusive brand! Check out our Plus Size pieces, here!


Damaged or Defective Items & Repairs:

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email heylove@shopcmiller.com with your order number and a few photos showing the damage.

SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped?

Since orders are usually made to order, they usually take up to 14 days to fulfill and ship out. Shipping varies by state. 

How do I check my order status?

Once order is placed an email confirmation will be sent. A shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking information. 

How long will it take to process my return?

Once your return is received, it takes about 7 business days to process your return. Once your return is processed, you will be issued a store credit in the form of a discount code. 

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $9.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we do not ship internationally.


Additional Shipping Note:

All orders ship within the US via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 5-7 business days after the package is picked up. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages. Free standard shipping does NOT include insurance.
